Of all of them, this little guy is my favorite. He always ventured furthest from the den then the other three......completely fearless. Magda from Vancouver, CanadaCongratulations on the Spotlight!!! Well deserved. Love this one! 18 Oct 2009 3:32pm @Magda: WOW!!! Thanks for coming back! I didn't even know until today that I'd received the Spotlight. Claudia from Illinois, United StatesThis is absolutely WONDERFUL! Congratulations on the Spotlight--you deserve it!! 18 Oct 2009 11:03pm @Claudia: Thank you Claudia! @Ravi: This little guy was one of a litter of four pups. His parents had their third litter in the den for three consecutive years. The den is in the woods behind my parent's house. There is a small creek that runs in front of it and a field between my parent's yard and the den. My Dad was the one who discovered them the first year and they have kept coming back. Red, as I named him, was the most adventuresome of his siblings and always ventured the furtherest from the den. The day I captured this photo it was right before sunset and I'd been sitting patiently for almost two hours snapping occassionally. @Aaron: Thank you so much Aaron! @AL: Thank you Al, I do too! Bill Jennings from (Bay Area Northern Calif), United Statesfantastic colors and detail. I love it! 20 Oct 2009 8:57am @Bill Jennings: Thank you Bill! This little guy was part of a litter of four who lived in a den behind my parent's house. We'd spend alot of evenings watching them scamper about with the parents always keeping a watchful eye.
